This giveaway is open to any person age 18 or older regardless of country.
There is no purchase necessary to be entered into the giveaway. Purchase of the Bird of Paradise album will not have any effect on one's chances of success, nor will the sharing of any posts, videos, or other media on any social media platform as this is not required in any way to be entered into the giveaway.
Only one entry per person! Any attempt at multiple entries will result in automatic disqualification from the giveaway.
Entries into the PanSmith golden gate handpan giveaway will be accepted until Monday, October 26th, 2020 at 11:59 PM MST
The winner of the PanSmith golden gate handpan and the included case will be drawn on the night of Tuesday, October 27th, 2020.
To ensure fairness each name and email address entered into the giveaway will be randomly assigned a number. A winning number will be generated via random.org and the corresponding name will be considered to be the giveaway winner.
The winner of the giveaway will be contacted via their provided email address within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner has 7 days to respond and accept their victory. If the winner has not responded within 7 days' time or does not wish to accept their victory a new winner will be drawn at random from the previously entered participants.
The winner of this giveaway is solely responsible for all fees associated with receiving the handpan. This includes but is not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and courier fees.
